A yummy dessert but it needs a name!

This dessert is so good and it's so easy to prepare. I don't have a name for it yet. If you do please leave your idea in the comment section or email me sheilagh73@yahoo.com
and I'll make sure to edit this post with the recipe name.
The ingredients: flour tortillas, strawberries, Wildtree Strawberry cheesecake blend with cream cheese and whippping cream to make dip(can use cool whip but I prefer real whipped cream), Wildtree Rich Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce.
Prepare Strawberry Blend according to directions. You can experiment with any of our other fruit blends. They are all yummy!
Spread prepared Wildtree Strawberry Blend onto tortilla. As much as desired. This picture looks like I skimped a bit but it was pretty thick in the middle.
Slice strawberries. I happen to have this really awesome time saving Pampered Chef slicer but a good ol' fashioned knife will do the trick too!
Next melt the Wildtree Chocolate sauce. I used about 1 tablespoon for one dessert tortilla.

Layer sliced strawberries in the center of tortilla.

Now Drizzle with Wildtree's chocolate sauce. Make sure to get it all, lick the pan if you must! It's that GOOD!

It's that easy...... and it's this good!

Back from Vacation

We just got back from our family vacation to Colorado. We had a fantastic time. I took the Wildtree Brownie Mix with me and we had Brownie Sundaes as a treat one night. Everyone loved them and ate it all up. Sorry I don't have pictures of them but I will definately make them again, take pictures and post them here. Wildtree held their National Conference in Ohio this past weekend. I couldn't go because I was in Colorado but I'll go next year (it's in Orlando). I was informed by my Team Leader that Wildtree will be introducing some new products and I am very excited about them. Keep checking back and I will post the list of items in the next couple of days. These new products will be available starting in September. I can't wait! I made a yummy dessert before we left but didn't have time to post the pictures so check back, I'll try to get to it tomorrow. I have a Tasting tomorrow night that sounds like it will be a great success!

A recent dinner

Here is what I used: 28 oz can Tomato puree because my kids don't like big chunks but you could use crushed tomatoes and add other veggies like onions and green peppers (saute in Grapeseed Oil first). Also this is 1 lb ground beef but you could use ground turkey for a lower fat option. Make sure you read the label of your current pasta sauce, most don't contain preservatives which is great but the sugar and salt are through the roof. 1 tablespoon of Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend

This is a quick and easy pasta dish that the kids loved. Is there anyone who doesn't love pasta? To tell you the truth I was a little nervous about trying a new sauce because the kids are partial to the organic spaghetti sauce I've been using for the past 2 years. But they ate it, said it was great and that they would eat it again, and again and again!

Boil your pasta as directed. You could choose a whole wheat pasta, which I usually use, but didn't have any this time.

Brown your choice of meat or omit meat if desired.

Add tomato puree or your choice of canned tomatoes.

Add 1 tbsp Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend. Stir and simmer for 20 mins for best flavor.

Saute mushrooms in Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil until tender.

Top with grated parmesan cheese and serve with spinach salad and garlic toast.

Easy Wildtree Fajitas

Here is the Fajitas recipe I promised the other day, and it is so easy and yummy!Wildtree products used: Natural Grapeseed oil or if you like "kick" try Wildtree's Jalapeno Grapeseed oil (1 Tbsp) and Fajita Seasoning Blend(3 tsps)First open and drain 2 cans, 100% all natural canned chicken. Place in bowl, sprinkle with 2 tsps Fajita Blend and mix. Set aside.Next wash, dry and slice your favorite Fajita veggies. We like green, red and yellow peppers and red onions. But you may add what you like. The more veggies the better. You could even eliminate the chicken for a vegetarian or lower fat version. Now add 1 tbsp Wildtree's Grapeseed oil to frying pan and heat. When oil is hot add the veggies and 1 tsp of Fajita Blend and saute for about 5 mins or until crisp/tender. Last add the chicken and cook until heated through. Don't forget to wrap the tortillas in foil and place in a warm oven for about 10-15 mins. Garnish with sour cream, cheddar cheese and Wildtree Salsa, if desired. Serve with Wildtree's Cilantro-Lime Rice. A great meal in about 20 mins. Enjoy!

That Was Easy!!

My Wildtree double launch was a great success!
First off I want to thank those who came to one of the launch tastings or those who contributed to the start of my business. I know you will be very happy with the products. Should you come across something that is not what you thought it would be, rest assured Wildtree stands behind their products and offers a 100% guarantee. They will exchange for another product of equal value or will issue a full refund. However, I don't think this will happen as all the products I have tried are delicious! This is a picture of my spread: I made the Whole Wheat Beer Bread, Banana Banana Bread, Strawberry Cheesecake Blend, Dill Dip Blend, Garlic/Dill Green Beans, Alfredo Extraordinaire and Easy Wildtree Fajitas, (which I will post the recipe of tomorrow). And of course a full tasting of all our delicious Grapeseed Oils. This was a lot of food but keep in mind this is only a fraction of what Wildtree has to offer.
Not the best picture of me, but look at how happy I am showing off Wildtree products in the catalog while everyone decides on the items they want to order. Here's a tip, order it ALL! "It's all good!"
Also I wanted to say that I am officially in the green with my business! From here on out it is all profit. "THAT WAS EASY!"
I have 3 Tastings booked off my launch. Now I will be able to spread the Wildtree products and my knowledge to others. Please give serious thought to hosting a Tasting, if you have a group of friends who could benefit from these products.
