Here is the Fajitas recipe I promised the other day, and it is so easy and yummy!
Wildtree products used: Natural Grapeseed oil or if you like "kick" try Wildtree's Jalapeno Grapeseed oil (1 Tbsp) and Fajita Seasoning Blend(3 tsps)
First open and drain 2 cans, 100% all natural canned chicken. Place in bowl, sprinkle with 2 tsps Fajita Blend and mix. Set aside.
Next wash, dry and slice your favorite Fajita veggies. We like green, red and yellow peppers and red onions. But you may add what you like. The more veggies the better. You could even eliminate the chicken for a vegetarian or lower fat version.
Now add 1 tbsp Wildtree's Grapeseed oil to frying pan and heat. When oil is hot add the veggies and 1 tsp of Fajita Blend and saute for about 5 mins or until crisp/tender.
Last add the chicken and cook until heated through. Don't forget to wrap the tortillas in foil and place in a warm oven for about 10-15 mins. Garnish with sour cream, cheddar cheese and Wildtree Salsa, if desired. Serve with Wildtree's Cilantro-Lime Rice. A great meal in about 20 mins. Enjoy!

First off I want to thank those who came to one of the launch tastings or those who contributed to the start of my business. I know you will be very happy with the products. Should you come

These are the ingredients I used. Wildtree Asian Ginger Plum Dressing gave the dish great flavor. No mixing of this and that just a half a cup and Voila! Pardon my french! I guess I'm on a french kick because I don't know how to say Voila or C'est la vie in any Asian language. Leave me a comment if YOU DO! I'll have to learn some Asian words for when I make French Fries. Ha Ha! As a side note, I used Iceberg Lettuce, it tasted great but next time I'll try Buttercrunch or Romaine lettuce. It might make rolling easier!
First I put on some rice to boil, to have as a side. Wildtree's Cilantro Lime Rice would've been perfect here but I don't have any. It's on my wish list! Brown the meat. I used ground turkey for a low fat option, but you could use beef, pork, chicken or even shrimp. Drain any fat. You could also add some diced or grated carrots and onions here. Or any other veggies you would like.
Next add 1/2 cup of Wildtree's Asian Ginger Plum Dressing and stir.
While meat is browning, chop water chestnuts. Add to meat mixture when meat is browned and drained.
Boil the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Continue until all the potatoes are smashed. This is a fun step for kids. Studies show that if kids help with preparing the meal, they are more likely to eat it.
Next (this is one of my favorite parts), brush each with some of the Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil.
Then sprinkle each with some of the Garlic and Herb Blend.
Pop them into a very hot oven 425 degrees for about 20 mins or until nice and golden and crispy. A nice side dish to many meals.
