These potatoes are very flavorful and have a nice crispy texture. A definite crowd pleaser.

First wash about 3 lbs baby red potatoes. Put in dutch oven and fill with water to boil. Once potatoes are boiling add about 1 tsp of Sea salt. Boil until potatoes are fork tender.

Next drizzle baking pan with Natural Grapeseed oil. Be generous or else your potatoes will stick to the pan. Not good!

Arrange potatoes on pan. I ended up putting some of these onto another pan. You need room to smash them!

I used a fork to smash them. It worked but would work better with a potato masher. Lightly press down on potatoes to squish them.

Continue until all the potatoes are smashed. This is a fun step for kids. Studies show that if kids help with preparing the meal, they are more likely to eat it.

Next (this is one of my favorite parts), brush each with some of the Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil.

Then sprinkle each with some of the Garlic and Herb Blend.

Pop them into a very hot oven 425 degrees for about 20 mins or until nice and golden and crispy. A nice side dish to many meals.
