Today's happenings

Can you believe I have had my kit for 4 whole days and haven't even cooked anything yet. Well with being out of town for a wedding on Saturday and not having grocery shopped in over 2 weeks and Father's Day, I hope you can understand why. I had envisioned going grocery shopping yesterday and cooking this great Wildtree enhanced meal but my husband decided we should eat out. We had a gift card to use, you can't argue with that! Today I finally got to go grocery shopping. Now I have the extra ingredients to make my Wildtree recipes. What's on the menu, you ask? Well tomorrow night I am making Baked chicken, smashed potatoes and savory green beans. I will post pictures and recipes tomorrow. I know I said that I would post pictures and recipes last night but it's hard to cook anything when all you have is maraschino cherries, bacon and parmesan cheese in the fridge. Oh I'm sure there is some culinary genius out there who could combine these flavors and create something exquisite, I could not so we went to Pizza Hut!
