Tonight I made Lemon/Rosemary chicken, Smashed potatoes and Garlic/dill green beans. Yum, yum! We ate every last bite. I wish you could taste this meal. It was mouth watering, nutritious and only took about an hour from start to finish.
These are the ingredients I used. I would have liked to have had fresh green beens but tis' the season and our local grocery store was out. Notice the Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, Natural Grapeseed Oil, Lemon and Rosemary Blend, Garlic and Herb Blend, and Dill Dip Blend.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Then wash and dry the chicken thighs, about 3 1/2 lbs and arrange in your favorite baking dish.
Next mix together 1/4 cup Natural Grapeseed Oil with 2 Tbsp Lemon and Rosemary Blend.
Brush generously onto chicken.
Put into the oven and bake for about 50 mins or until done.
Ta-da! Delicious, flavorful Lemon and Rosemary Chicken!Ingredients: Lemon and Rosemary Chicken
3 1/2 lbs chicken thighs
1/4 cup Natural Grapeseed Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon and Rosemary Blend
Tomorrow I'll post the recipe for Smashed Potatoes.
